Flexible Booking Policy

We know that travel plans don’t always go exactly as planned. That’s why we’ve kept our booking policy simple and flexible, giving you peace of mind when you book your adventure with us.

Flexible Payment

To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid after you arrive in Kathmandu, before your trip begins.

Need to Change Your Dates?

If you need to postpone your trip, simply let us know as early as possible.

For trekking, peak climbing, and tour bookings, your deposit can be transferred to a future departure, provided you notify us at least 30 days before the trip. We do not charge any date change fees.

Please note that if we have already paid for services on your behalf, such as domestic flights, permits, hotels, or other third party arrangements, any non-refundable costs may be deducted from your deposit.

For expedition and multi-country trips, one complimentary date change is available if requested at least 90 days before departure. Please refer to our Booking Terms for full details.
