We accept payments via wire transfer and through Major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, SCT). Kindly note that there will be an additional 3.5% charge (As imposed by the bank) on the total amount for the payments made through cards. This additional 3.5% charge is a card processing fee levied on us by the bank.

Our online card payment portal is 3D secured and certified American Express SafeKey to detect and reduce online fraud—adding an extra layer of security when Card Members make transactions online.
Steps to make a payment via card:
- Click on the link above, and you will be redirected to our online payment page.
- Click PAY NOW after you have filled the form, and you will be redirected again to a safe payment portal provided by Himalayan Bank Limited, Nepal.
- Please fill in all the card details as requested in the form, and after submission, the portal will connect with your card provider and will verify the payment.
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to you for confirmation, and after entering the OTP, your payment will be completed.
Important notes for card payment:
- If your card payment does not go through, try again using a different browser or Incognito mode. If the payment still fails, kindly contact your bank to enable OTP verification for the online payment, and please try again. Our online card payment system requires an OTP (One Time Password) for payment verification; thus failure to acquire this will result in payment decline. Most payment systems around the world may not require OTP due to less risk of Scams but our bank here in Nepal has mandated OTP to prevent scams. If your payment fails, please enable OTP authentication and try again.
- Please add 3.5% card processing fee on the total amount if paying by card. This additional 3.5% is a card processing fee charged to us by the bank.
