Wonderful EBC Trek
Wonderful EBC Trek
This group was amazing from the first email all the way through our final minute in Nepal. Pasang did a wonderful job planning our trip and adapting to things in the moment (weather can be very unpredictable and getting to Lukla is never guaranteed). We can’t believe how much ‘behind the scenes’ action took place to make sure our trek was uninterrupted. Our guides, Akash (lead guide) and Kumar (assistant guide) made sure we were all safe, warm, well fed and had the best experience we could. We also had 3 porters we rarely saw, but were a life saver carrying some of our extra gear. Five of us went on this trek with varying degrees of hiking experience and they were able to adjust our itinerary to guarantee all of us got to EBC and got to experience parts of Nepal that most people only dream about. We would recommend doing this trek in fall (not spring) to avoid all the climbers and more importantly avoid all the yaks and horses, etc along the trail (lots of animal waste and safety concerns) ferrying supplies. I would 100% recommend this trek (and specifically Highland Expeditions) for anyone wanting to get to Everest Base Camp.
Unforgettable Everest Trek Thanks to Highland Expeditions
Unforgettable Everest Trek Thanks to Highland Expeditions
A BIG thank you to Highland Expeditions for their guidance, hospitality, expertise, safety and encouragement to successfully trek the Everest Base Camp and have an amazing once in a life time experience. The overall trip was excellently organized with minute details planned and were taken care of by setting honest expectations. A big “hurray” to our guides and porters who took care of our needs and watched us on every step of the trek. I enjoyed my every bit of conversations with our knowledgeable guides, who patiently explained every question of mine regarding the geography, culture, people, environments and many more.
A special thank you to our highland team, especially Kunga Sherpa and Arjun, who’s immense knowledge and their capability to sense our limits – physical and mental and accordingly setting the pace to adjust to our needs, without which, we could not have reached EBC. They went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable.
Overall, the trek was an exquisite experience and will cherish the memories. The Highland team have become my extended friends.
I would recommend Highland Expeditions without blinking an eye for their services.
Trek to Kalapathar and Gorakshep
Kalapathar and Gorakshep are the two most well-known vantage focuses in the Everest area. From here, we can have an all-encompassing perspective on over twelve pinnacles and emerald ice lakes. Be it any agenda in area, from three passes trek to the first base camp trek, trekking to these two view focuses are the fundamental feature of each trekking course. The way that trekkers can go through these goals given the limited capacity to focus trekking agenda is extremely great. To give some examples, four of the world’s six tallest pinnacles: Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and Lhotse will be unmistakable.
Tengboche Monastery
Tengboche religious community, otherwise called Dawa Choling Gompa is the biggest gompa in the Khumbu area. Worked over a century prior, it is the principal abstinent cloister in Nepal under the Nyingmapa genealogy of Vajrayana Buddhism. It houses a few significant sacred writings, statues, wall paintings, and woodcutting that draw unending interest from history buffs. Since we will go through a night in Tengboche, we will probably delve profoundly into the delightful cloister’s history, witness its detailed culture and customs and if fortunate, even be a piece of it!
Time and cost factor
Carrying on with an exciting and fun living, not every person can generally distribute the time and cash it takes to make an outing to the tallest pinnacle of the world. Be that as it may, with this solely altered agenda, trekkers have the uncommon extravagance to trek to the base camp without begging to be spent. The agenda incorporates all the significant features of the trek like we have referenced above, yet you won’t have to take an extended length of occasions to set out on this adventure.
Along these lines, thusly, Everest Base Camp Short Trek is available and reasonable for everybody. For an occurrence, it might even appear to be unrealistic. Particularly in the event that you are lacking in time, we exceptionally prescribe you to pick this trekking course on the off chance that you are arranging a trek in the Everest area.
